Hats off to Verizon

Some of us are still in shock! :grin: A little reliable communication from them would have gone a long way...
 
This is all part of what is expected of them as a service/utility company.

Keeping us in the dark for many months with nary an update is not good for customer retention.
 
They kept us in the dark and waiting for months beyond almost everyone else. The Denim update was the least they could do. They handled the cyan update poorly in any case
