Have installed Windows 10 but can't seem to use iPlayer or listen to live radio on it, any fixes?

have installed windows 10 but can't seem to use iplayer or listen to live radio on it

when I click on live radio I get the following error message
We're trying to play this station, but we're having problems. Apologies.

The station's stream may be broken, or there may be a mis-match between this stream, and your device.
how can I fix this?

check your time and date settings. Might be different with local time by a minute or more
