Have paid version but features not yet available

I have subscribed to the paid version of WPCentral on 8 June, however my app still shows that its the free version.

I have also confirmed that the payment transaction shows up in my Microsoft account.

Please check.

Try uninstalling the app and installing again. When you select the "buy" option, you should be told that you've already paid for the app and you'll be able to download and install without being charged again.

This (as far as I know) is the easiest way to ensure you have the paid version of the app.
