Well I did the swap and am currently getting used to the 930, strangely even though its the same weight as the note 3, it feels lighter and better weighted, probably because its size is more manageable. love the screen, much better outside in direct sunlight than the note, always liked the live tiles and since owning a windows phone before, these have improved with some apps. Overall im enjoying and trying to get used to less google environment, alas some major issues just are giving me second thoughts, one of the most important things for me is my fitbit app, love it and the Note 3 would simply sync with my wrist band instantly without me even knowing, hardly any battery drain, but the Nokia cant even find the wrist band and I even had help from the Fitbit customer services, the only way I can get it to sync, is to use my Ipad mini to sync with the tracker wrist band and then I can get my windows phone to sync with the server, pretty poor app id say, as the bluetooth works fine for everything else. Also it maybe because im getting used to and trying different apps etc, but the battery life is pants compared to the note 3, my morning sit catching up with news, facebook, twitter and forums whilst having a cuppa, would reduce my battery by 5% on the note, but the exact same things this morning had the battery loose 25%...what, now i have arrived at work and the phone is already down to 70% charge, I will seriously miss the notes all day plus battery life, don't usually charger my devices till night time. hopefully the Fitbit app will be improved and the battery life might settle, otherwise this may be the shortest own of a phone I have ever had.
