Have to rebuy universal apps?

I bought a few games a while ago (Spartan assault, skulls of the shogun) on my PC.

Now those games are universal games. I can still download them on my PC, but to download them on my phone, I have to pay again? Is this normal? or am I doing something wrong?

Mhm, not sure how to delete a topic. I tried rebuying the app, and I just got it for free. I guess that's the solution

As far as I know there is some known Issue with the displaying of already bought apps in the W10M Store app.
