Having a problem with "settings" not opening in Windows 10 on Dell

same here. Dell laptop. cant open setting.

Can you open the setting app from the start menu?

Cant open settings from start menu either.

My start menu isn't working and the only way I have found to access settings is to go into Google Chrome browser settings and hit the button that causes Google Chrome to be your default browser. This action brings up the Windows settings page.
