Having Issues With Language Packs on Creators' Update Build

For some odd reason, I am unable to download any language packs for my keyboard at all. It says downloading, then after a few seconds says, "attention required." It is having an issue with downloading the text suggestions, an issue I haven't since before RTM of the original release of W10M. Does anyone know how to fix this? (And yes, I did a factory reset after installing this build)

change your display lang to English and restart
