HDR question

Hi everyone, silly question but after taking a photo with HDR enabled on my Lumia 830, when I tap the photo to select the best lighting, all I get us an error message saying, oops, something went wrong.

Am I doing something wrong? Or ate other people experiencing this too?

It seems saving to SD card is the commonly diagnosed issue for poor Camera capture and response. Microsoft Camera does more processing now than ever before in the past... It's probably the slot's write speed slowing things down and borking the operation.

Try saving Pictures to internal memory. Every so often you can move it all back over to SD as it accumulates.

Also make sure your Camera is up to date. Camera > ellipses (...) > Settings > scroll to the bottom > you should be at v2016.325.6.1

I have a 640, all media saved to an SD card. The error pops up sometimes. Seems to affect some HDR photos, but not others.

Thanks guys. I'll try saving it to internal memory instead to see if that helps the situation.

Wahoo, saving the images direct to the handset instead has worked a treat. thanks for your help.
