Well, maybe it's time to share this experience with you. I don't know if you should be worried or not, because it may happen.
My Lumia 720 is bricked, dead, kaput, gone, farewell my 720.
It's stucked with the double gear grinding and grinding endlessly. [No, it changed again: i tried to reboot it, and now it tries to boot but it gives me the symbol of drained battery, even if it was in charge for the whole night]
I had to reset it to factory setting, and the process didn't went well. Why had I to reset it? Let's start from the begin.
In the last weeks, I had some strange and worrying behaviours with my touch screen; randomly, my Lumia 720 started to vibrate like I was touching some button and Bing search came up, then the start screen, then Bing again until I pressed any key.
Yesterday, I was out in the green loving the beautiful italian landscape, and I tried to take some photos. But every time I tried to open the camera app, I was "redirected" back to the start screen. I tried to reboot three times, with no result. In the end, I had to factory reset the phone. And here we are.
It's a sad story, with no happy ending.
