Hello, I suddenly opened the mobile and saw this on the screen. I do not know how this is not touched by anyone, I hope you help me In finding a solution like decoding the screen and installing it again, because I'm from Yemen and there are no Lumia phone parts, Currently working as a charger because I have not found a battery, I hope you will help me solve the problem of this screen, thank you.​

try a SOFT RESET (POWER + Volume DOWN together until it vibrates, then release) - NO loss of data.

Same thing happened to mine. Only, it's covered a larger area on my screen.

Edit: Hope it turns out ok for the OP.
I think I was unlucky. Half the screen "died", which basically made the phone unusable. The unit is now my cannibalised spare.
