[Help] After Windows 10 upgrade I have no sound?

[Windows Central Question]

I updated my computer from windows 7 to windows 10 and now the sound is gone i diagnosed it and it tells me everything is working so i uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled them still nothing i dont know what to do now
i have a Toshiba Satellite Notebook and a 64 bit operating system
