Help - Alarm clock sound

I cannot change the alarm clock sound. I select a different one but when it comes to ringing time it always plays the default; which btw is pretty awful, do not know how MS even selected it.
Is there a way to fix this? Is there a way to delete and re install the Alarm app?
MS has so far done nothing to fix this, common from what I understand ,,issue. Thanx

I have the exact same problem on my lumia 735. It's just the default sound that sounds, and it is at a very low volume that I can barely hear (I think it's about 1 or 2) I cannot change anything. I can change the default sound, (in all settings -> system -> Notifications & Actions down on Notifications for Apps -> Alarm & Clock. But that's about it, I cannot set any other alarm sound to a second alarm, and the volume is ridiculously low... any idea how to reset this stupid thing ?
