Help! Can't buy music from Xbox music.

I can't figure this out. I can't seem to buy music from the Xbox music app. I could before but now I can't. I'm using a 1520.

Everytime I go to make a purchase it shows no payment options available for making the purchase. When I go to add my information it tells me my info is added but still there's no way for me to make the purchase when I go back to the purchase screen.

I had that problem after installing an update. I had to reset my phone, which appeared to fix the payment issue.

Slightly off topic, but make sure you back your music up to a USB drive as I have lost countless albums due to them being pulled from the store.

See if anything is wrong with your payment method on windowsphone.com in account settings. Then try to remove the payment method and add again.

I tried restarting the phone multiple times. Still not working. I'll check the payment next like you suggested.

I checked in the site and I have multiple payment options and none of them are working.

They show up fine in the wallet app buy don't work in the Xbox music app. Does Microsoft not want my money?

Have you tried removing the payment option and adding it again? Because it may be an issue with the payment service.

Otherwise try a hard reset of your phone as previously suggested which apparently worked. To do this go to Settings, Info and tap factory settings. Remember to make a backup before you do a hard reset.
