Help Installing Windows Insider Preview on Lumia 635

Howdy, I have the Lumia 635, US, California, T-Mobile, on the latest version of 8.1 available for the phone (8.10.12400.0) I was having issues installing wm10, (still am). I registered, and when I clicked find builds it said "no builds". I've tried this on two MS accounts now, and reset, then master reset the phone. I have more than enough free space as well.
