HELP! Lumia 620 in Nigeria not seeing uodate

Hi, I really need answers. I've been waiting since mid June for this. I'm in Nigeria and according to tracker, Cyan update is available for my Lumia 620. But for some crazy reason, anytime I use phone updates to check I don't see anything. No UPDATE! What is going on. Help please

Are you using the Developer Preview? If so you have to revert back to Windows 8.0 to install 8.1+ Cyan if not then talk with your carrier they should (hopefully) give you an answer.
