Help - Lumia 920 or Lumia 820 ?

this is my first post in this great forum

i need advice guys i lost i can not choose between 820 or 920 :unhappysweat:

both has positives and negatives

any help would be appretiated

which one has less problems ? cuz sending it back fromwhere i am going to get it will be hard lol and seeing alot sending their devices from both types back alot

i have 24h to decide soo lets get some opinions here

I think better is the 820 as you have removeable batter and you can reset it..

But you should go for 920 as it is the top cell phone of 2012. I think new phones might be better and software can be updated. It is up to yu..

BTW why will you not have warranty?

Both phones have the same ram and processor, both phones also have an 8MP camera ( i think L920 is 8.7MP) but the L920 is good in low light. The 920 has sharp edges which i didn't like and it is also too big for me. The L820 has soft edges, changeable covers, removable battery, and an SD card slot which is a major plus and the price is quite a bit cheaper on contract.

I'd recommend the 820 over the 920 for those reasons.

i am gonig to get it with waranty for sure but problem i am not buying it from my country cuz we do not have official nokia stores here or any service centers to

my problem will be sending my new pphone back lol to UAE if i am going to be unlucky with those common problems reading about
thats why i wana get my choose spot on lol
and i am buying device unlocked
no contracts offers available here ( i am envy you about those great offers in contracts phones lol ) :winktongue:

I have a Lumia 920 and my wife got a 800. Well, there is no daubt that 920 ist more advanced, has more features, is more uptodate and is capale of doing more thing But that does not mean it is a better phone for every one. well if you are not short on bodget then why not going for 920. If you are, then 820 is also a great phone.

but what bug me is this brick thing happening to 920 alto happening in factory reset
anyone compared 820 to 920 camera ?
i know 920 better but is it big gap between both cams or not

If you will be using the camera a lot you have no choice but to go 920 habibi. Because you won't be buying a first batch phone you have a much lower chance of having any issues at all especially after the Portico update. Also the screen on the 920 is amazing and you will enjoy it. I would go for the 920 if you want a phone that will last some time, I would only get the 820 if you are planning on changing phones within the next year. Inshallah you enjoy which ever one you get!
