My sd card show bitlocker after restate my Microsoft Lumia 640. How I removed bitlocker without format my sd card.

Why are taking your SD card out??
If you reset the phone without turning bitlocker off the card is toast.
Only the phone, before the reset, could turn off encryption on the card.

No way to recover the card now
