HELP me understand why this doesnt work?

i realize coming from Android that a LOT of Apps are not available to me but i like the experience anyway and i could back but not.

anyway

i am OK without some of these familiar apps BUT i thought for my local news no big deal i dont have the app because i can just use the mobile website with the same results if i just add the shortcut to my start screen.

BUT

it seems that IE wont allow me this simple pleasure.

could someone else please try Cincinnati & N. KY news, weather & sports from FOX19 WXIX - Cincinnati News, FOX19-WXIX TV and see if loads. loads fine on ALL my other mobile devices but i just get a blank screen and would really like to understand why i cant just view this site?

UPDATE - just got home and hit wifi and its working as expected.
