Help me!!!! Volume not working

I don't have a volume button and I was using a app and 8.1 killed the app any help?

I tried two different ones (Adjust Volume No Noise and Adjust Volume), and unfortunately neither one worked for me. :unhappy: My suggestion would be to contact the developers and ask them if they are going to update their apps for WP8.1.
