Help me with this build

Hi all,
I've decided to drop my non-upgradeable desktop pc for a nice budget gaming pc, I hope that you guys can help me whether I'm on the right path with things.

Basically, the setup I'm considering is:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MoBo: AsRock B350M pro
RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR4 @2133 Mhz
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 250GB
HDD: Toshiba 1TB
Power: Seasonic S12II 520W
GPU: I'm doubting between the older Radeon R9 390X 8GB and the Geforce GTX1050 4GB. I know the first one os older, but the specs to me seem better than the GTX.

So, hope you can give me some advice if I'm on the right path here. I would especially appreciate some GPU advice (which to choose)
