Right..back to your problem. Try a soft reset.. You wont lose any data. This settles little niggles like these. Hold volume down and power button for 10 seconds till it vibrates. How did that do? Let us know

can you elaborate? is it not charging, is it charging from 0%? give us details, we cant do anything with that!

also, he/she/it says tablet, so its safe to assume its not a phone, that soft reset is probably not relevant.
