help!! need to flash my lumia!

how do i flash my phone.. i want to roll back to wp 8 .. i have a lumia 520..

and does backing up data and then restoring it will slow up my device running on wp 8.1 .

Whoa! Easy there. Why would you want to flash your phone back to WP8? If the performance is slow then a hard reset should suffice.

I am not too sure if its even possible to roll back.
Hard reset shld fix any issues and no taking backup and hard resettling won't slow ur phone, if anything it speeds it up.
