Help needed fast!!!!

Hi everyone, this subject has been discussed a lot already but I'm in desperate need of a quick fix.....

I'm going on holiday in less than four hours, it's 5am and my flight is at 9am, and I'm currently sat here with a phone that will not boot up.

I had the dreaded 'other storage' issue, 10gb of unknown data clogging up my phone, and I wanted to free up space for holiday photos, so I decided the only option was to sync everything to my computer and select 'reset my phone', thinking it would be easy and I could just plug my phone in, when it had rebooted, and upload everything back on to it, but instead I now just have spinning gears, I left it connected to my Mac and they've been there for around 6 hours.

Is there a quick and easy way to remedy this? I need to sort it beofre I go as my phone is my only satnav with maps for Latvia.

Just try to reset it by pressing down plus power

That's not working either, just shows low battery, which is impossible, it's been on charge for about 7 hours.

Unplug your phone and hold in your power button for a minute and see if you get anything?
