help needed - W10 Mobile related

So I updated my Lumia 930 to windows 10 but I didn't get any of the W10 apps that I should get, any ideas what happened and how can I fix it.

And please don't tell me to hard reset.... I would like some other solutions if available.

How can I get project Spartan, store beta, outlook colander and so on.

Help appreciated.

if you upgraded to 10 unwilling to hard reset, you shouldn't have done that in 10's current state. I don't know if there's another way.
