HELP new to WP --Tasks are doubling, GRRRRRRR

Hi all
I recently switch to WP, I have been kind of a OS hopper. I have had a Blackberry, an Android and an iPhone. Most recently an iPhone but last month I switch to a Nokia Icon. Everything is going just fine, until this week.
I like to use calendar and to-do lists. This week every time I add a To-do it doubles it (one to my outlook.com and one to my MS account). MS doesn't need it, I would be happy if it was just in the outlook.com. Is there a way to un-link the MS account to To-dos?

In your email account settings on your phone you can choose what syncs, just un check calender on the account you don't want synced
