help please

I installed the the technical preview a couple days ago. Everything was working as expected. However when turned on the phone this morning it went to spinning gears and it will not boot. They spin for a while and then a sad smiley face screen and it starts over again. I've been at this all day and have tried everything I can think of. Recovery tool does not recognize phone. Tried hard reset etc. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been in the same situation (updated without connecting to power and the battery died -> bluescreen). the phone wasn't recognized and rebooted over and over again. I fixed it with connecting it via USB, started the tool so it searches and then I made a hard reset. In my case the phone was recognized again...

It did some sort of default firmware update (I don't remember exactly).
