Basically:
GDR3 -> MIcrosoft changes and features.(Rotation lock, X button to close app in background, Drive mode, performance improvements, etc...)
Lumia Black -> GDR3 with NOKIA aditional features and improvements. (glance 2.0, Nokia Camera, New picture format support, Camera improvements, Nokia Folder, etc..)
