When I use my T-Mobile branded Lumia 635 with the $3/month (30 minutes/30 texts included) PAYG plan, I can not send or receive texts. It says "Can't send: try again".
This is after they changed their PAYG to the $3/month (30 minutes/30 texts included) one, when it was a straight PAYG before it worked fine, and it works when I switch to the $2 or $3 per day plans.
Has anyone experienced this on their Lumia 635 or other phones since they changed the plan? I talked to T-Mobile and they say everything looks correct, the account allows texting etc. I have called them twice about this, but nothing has been done so far. For now I'm back to using the $2/day plan, but this is wasting money since I don't use this phone that much.
Any help would be appreciated!
