[HELP] Voice speech not working

Hi,
I have an Omnia 7 unbranded, with a T-Mobile (Germany) logo during startscreen. I'm actually running Mango, and everything works fine... except the voice recognition !
Everytime i try to speak, it loads for about 15 seconds, and then "i couldn't hear what you said".

The strange part is that the speech recognition works fine on WiFi, but not on 3G !

I don't use it much, but there are some basic commands for it, like these listed here. What happens when you use one of these basic commands:
