Question Help with Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime

i have Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 6th Gen (8th Gen Intel processor), i installed windows 11 on it but its lagging because of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime app. it doesnt lag with webview2 version 90 but but this version makes it impossible to run some apps well. hgher webview versio runs apps well but it lags when browsing and when not browsing but doing other stuff with other apps opened.

my questions are:
1. which version of webview2 can run well and not make it lag

2. if there isnt any, should i downgrade to windows 10 and hope webview2 on windows 10 wont make it lag.
