Help with new hardware letter!

I just received a letter today explaining Microsoft want to send me the 950 and display dock. However it asks to reply by 15 of December which is now impossible. I have emailed them twice explaining, will they still honour the letter and send me the hardware? I want it so bad!!

We really can't say... it's entirely up to Microsoft. There's a chance, but a chance is just a statistical way of re-affirming oneself that something could happen no matter how unlikely.

However, you may increase the chance by giving them as much details as you can. Try reaching out to their Twitter handle as well.

I'd send in the reply and explain the letter was delayed being delivered.

There is an actual program for Insiders who have been exceptional in participation and who have provided detailed feedback to receive Hardware to evaluate.

I know about the project, i believe its quite hard to mis such a mail while your a tech savy.
And yup, sorry but late is to late.

Just to let you know, it's not hard to miss when the letter does not arrive until late. And also Microsoft got in touch and I will be receiving my ?800 worth of hardware next week so not sure where your information came from. Lol.
