Guys my PC has become very slow and planning on a fresh Win10 install when it comes out but been thinking, how am I gonna activate it when done? I'm a preview member anyway and how can I get it free after a fresh install? Also will Microsoft make available official Win10 ISO that I can use? Thanks.

Microsoft has stated that after July 29, you'll be able to clean install without losing your activation (they'll probably make the ISO's available for download). You won't even need to fill in a product key, because the Windows 10 product keys will be automatically linked to the hardware of your PC.

Does that mean windows update will recognize that i had official 8.1 license before insider program? At the moment I'm stuck on unactivated build 10130, so can i use ISO to update and get activated again (i had official activated 8.1) ?

It should indeed recognize that you had an official 8.1 license. But I'm not entirely sure whether that still counts if you clean installed certain preview builds.

Actually, if you're not currently activated, it's probably a good idea to revert to Windows 8.1, activate, and then update to Windows 10 on July 29 to be sure of an activated copy of Win10.
