Help with Windows 10 update via ISO

[Windows Central Question]

I have a lap running win 10 on AU and want to update it to Creators update n i am using the Setup inside the iso but my question is the setup asks me whether i want to keep all my personal files, apps and settings so if i tick this option n continue with the update will the documents folder get deleted will all my programs get uninstalled will i hav to reinstall my antivirus n all my settings will be the same right ???

If you choose to keep your personal files, applications, and settings, those will not be touched.
