help with windows device recovery tool?

Hi I'm a windows insider.
I have recently installed insider build 14361 on my lumia 730
It really bricked my devices.
Anyways i wanted to recover my device using WDRT
But is failing to download certain files.
I dont know what to do?

WDRT keeps mentioning RM1040_02040.00021.15235.53005_RETAIL_prod_signed_1001_02660E_000-IN.ffu failed to download?
I can't downgrade my device to windows phone 8.1
