Help!!!!!!!

i was just about to reply to a text message a few hours ago and my screen froze, it is now not responding at all, the screen appears locked and is displaying the time but when i press the power/unlock button nothing happens, i am receiving messages as i can hear the phone making noise but it cant get it to unlock or display the screen for me to enter my password to use my phone... any ideas.. (my phone is only 2 months old, regreting buying the 925 now!!):angry:

Bummer, try a soft reset until phone vibrates. The phone should then restart and hopefully clear your problem

Hold the power and volume down buttons together until the phone restarts and tadaaaaa all will be fine I have a Lumia 925 too and I never regret buying it! I'm in love! my 925 got a firmware update agessssssssss ago that fixed this issue for me

have tried this and i am getting nothing at all, no vibrations no nothing!!!

You may have to hold both buttons down for 15 sec or so before it will vibrate. Also have you tried it with the charger plugged in?
