I never reset my phone after my upgrade to Windows 10, so I've continued using the version I had installed on Windows Phone 8.1. Almost every time I open the app for the past 2 months since upgrading, which is almost every morning to check traffic on my way to work, the app goes through a setup like a newly installed app.
*I have to accept the license agreement again
*It prompts to download offline maps
*It tells me there is an update to the voice file (no matter how many times I've let the download and update run in the past)
*It prompts me to set up my commute (my regular commute is already saved)
*It resets my setting to play an audio alert for the speed warning (annoying when the app doesn't match the posted street signs)
It did this all again this morning. When I look up the app in the store, I'm seeing two Here Drive+ entries. One says it is not compatible with my device, and the other says it is already installed (no update available). I'm just curious if deleting and re-installing the app now that it is available in the store again will resolve this issue, or if this is some sort of compatibility issue with Windows 10 mobile. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm using a 640 XL for the record.
