Heard about the cool find mycar option in here drive and checked it out. But when I press the point me there , the app is closed and I am forced back to the start screen , but at the same time walk me there works fine. Anybody who can help me!

Yes I had it set to pro cam,
Do I need to set up the default camera?

Edited after testing.
It doesnt work still!!

I have this same issue, too. Both Here Maps and Here Drive is update on my phone however, Find My car doesn't work on my phone. When I try to press the Find my car button, the app quits.
Same with Here Maps, when I try to view my favorites or just even add a location to favorites, the Here Maps app closes.
Probably a bug on their latest release since everything is working fine on the previous releases, so I am waiting for that update.

Guys,
Why is everyone here against 'Find my car'. Its a cool feature and I find it interesting. Theres no point on arguing whats the use of such thing.

If It would work It could be cool. The function "parked" My car while driven on the high way. No reset, no reposition, no delete. The app says "beta", I can see why.

Same type of problem here. Here Drive+ still shows my car 150 miles from where I am and I can't find a way to delete that location to start new. I like the concept, but..............
When I hit to go to that location, I get a compass difficulty error and the prompt to calibrate it using figure 8 motion. Good idea, but seems to still need work or better instructions.

It automatically saves the location of your parked car based on when you stop moving. When you arrive at the destination, just do what you normally do; turn off the navigation, leave the car, and go on your merry way. Your car location will not be saved if you do not use navigation or open HERE Drive.

You have to press the back button and exit navigation.

Thanks for the info. I haven't used Here Drive+ or any of the other Here apps much, but saw the "Find Car" and thought it would be fun to try. I used Here Drive+ about two weeks or so ago. I guess that is when it locked a location for "Find My Car". Now two weeks or so later, when looking at Here Drive+, I saw the old location 150 miles away. I guess my question is this. If I understand your replies correctly, if I have Here Drive+ app open and start driving and stop, a new "Find My Car" location will be marked and the old one 150 miles away will be deleted. If my assumption is correct, do I have to be navigating to a new location using Here Drive+ or can I just have the app active and be randomly going my merry way? Hope this is clear. Ha!

Sorry, I just noticed this is in the 720 forum and I have an 822. I guess it probably doesn't matter for the app, but maybe in searches.

I believe you have to start navigation, then stop navigation by using the back button and choosing to stop navigation, that stores your position.

There are other apps that just store your current location though, not just the here+ navigation.

Isn't that counter-intuitive that you have to be using the Drive to actually save your location when stopped. No option to delete the location, mine shows the last one 350 miles away!! Ugh!
Some of these features are really half-baked.

What I can't figure is how it is supposed to work if you park up then use Here to find your way around a city centre?
