here maps/here drive + beta cost?

Ok, so if I have my cellular data and roaming turned off and no wi-fi, will I incure any charges if I use nokia's here maps and here drive with gps?
Or is it free? It says I have a global license- what does that mean?

I'm sorry to ask so many questions, but I really need help answering them.

Download the maps onto your phone and use them offline (without any internet). You will not be charged for use of the apps.

WIth global license I think you can use and download Nokia Maps in other countries too.
