I think he meant to ask if you use the same email ID for MSA (outlook) & Amazon.

Because I guess then only, the shipping details get delivered to your MSA (outlook) inbox and it gets added to your calendar.

Don't know if it would work with a secondary account. (Eg: Outlook as MSA and gmail registed on Amazon)

Or does it work with all email ID's as long as you've added them to outlook ?

Ah .... ok sorry. My Amazon account username is the same as my Outlook (different passwords of course). I use my Outlook mail account for Amazon to send me notices. (I hope that's a little bit clearer).
