Hey Cortana doesn't work on Lumia 950 XL in Canada

At least not as of Dec 27, 2015. Once all the region, keyboard and language are set properly, it still doesn't work. I'm severely hampered because if I change my settings to US, I can't access my Office365 account through the phone. So its one or the other but I can't have both. Anyone know when this is going to get fixed?

Works on my Lumia 950 since always. And I got office 365 worked fine too. Of course my is work account office365 so I can't say for personal account ones.

I just tried, changed my region/lang to usa from Canada, my excel docs edited fine with office365 personal and hey Cortana option now available
