Hey Cortana - How do I turn it on?

I have searched but can't find the answer. I have a 1520.3 just updated to Denim and can't find where to turn on Hey Cortana.

i am using it in Canada and have the Canadian version of Cortana working fine. Just can't see where to enable this.

i found it in the bottom of settings, but it tells me that my region, input and display languages need to match. They do.

Now what?

Why does MS make everything so hard.

Go to Settings they go all the way to bottom and see "Hey Cortana" <on> or <off>

Thanks I will try that although with Canada being a Cortana available country I don't get why it should be necessary.

Most other countries or regions have the Alpha version, which by default means that they have more bugs than the beta version
