Hey Cortana!! is there in Windows 10 for phone on 12th Feb release??

I don't think any of the phones that can get W10 are capable to do it. Only the 1520, Icon and 930 can do it believe.

I think they need to implement all the other stuff from wp 8.1 into the wp10 preview builds first before doing hey cortana

Not that i can find on my Lumia 630.

It's hardware restricted. The phone has to have SensorCore and a snapdragon 80x series chip to work with 8.1 currently.
