Hi I have a HP laptop and I install Windows 10 now there is absolutely no touchpad settings

I have tried device manager open settings for mice but there is no settings for mice or touchpad I just don't understand where to find it or how to install a touchpad

Might need a special driver, which is software you download and install to control the device.
