Hold on, we're still getting the license you need to play this song

My phone froze while listening to music. I rebooted and get this message when listening to all my songs. "xbox music Hold on, we're still getting the license you need to play this song" Asks me to check my wifi/cell reception and if I keep seeing this to delete / re-download the song. I rebooted the phone 3x and deleted a song and re-downloaded it. What's up with this?

I checked my devices and my phone shows as an authorized device. Not cool at all.
 
FIXED: I figured it out. During the reboot my phone's time lost sync since I do not get reception at work. After going to an area with reception the music started working again.
