Hot-fix for Windows Central app for Windows Phone is now live

Yesterday we released updates for our official Windows and Windows Phone apps for the site. No new features were implemented, but the branding was updated throughout both apps to reflect our recent name-change.

Unfortunately, a missing "/" character from the code caused the Live Tile and notifications to break in the app. You can file the mistake under rushing to meet a deadline, but the simple forward slash omission had some drastic ramifications, to say the least.
