Hotmail Pictures Attachments

I have got some pictures on my Hotmail account and there doesn't seem to be a way to save those pictures. Is there something I am missing?

You should be able to just click the attachment on the phone (paperclip) and then the 3 dots at the bottom (...) and then save to phone ylksa.

I can't do that.

Apparently the guy who sent the email didn't attach the pictures but instead used copy paste, I guess that's why it isn't working

Yes it would have to be as an attachment I think ylksa.

I tried sending myself a picture in the email body and although after clicking the download picture it showed up fine, there was no way to save it.
