Hotspot shield is providing by the carrier du or Etisalat in uae?I m not able to make calls via Skype credit fro my wp8.1 in both the networks data and wifi.i m not sure it is based on carrier coz it is working fine in notebook and desktop.appreciate your comments on this note.
