Hotspot Sharing Not Working

I recently had a HTC Radar and Nexus 4 on Wal-Mart Family Mobile, and both were able to be used as hotspots. I am now using a Lumia 925 on the same number and account and it says that I now need a sharing plan and forwards me to a T-Mobile accounts page. Any way to get this option to work on my 925?

Tether-X is not an option for me. I have never been able to get it to work. Thanks for the tip though.
