How about a grid diagram of Lumia phones and their features?

There seem to be 7xx, 8xx, 9xx and 1xxx models, and I'm darned if I can make a full distinction between them. Has anyone made/seen a grid layout of Lumia features. Maybe a full grid of all Windows phones would be good for readers on WP central to have.
Anyone up for this?
