How are devs earning with Windows Phone?

I've had my app in the store for a while now, about 1100 downloads, 500+ ad requests per day but the eCPM has fallen to 0.08$ which is really bad considering i'm seeing a day to day drop. So daily i earn 0.2-0.3$. But the onther app which is about a month old now has a lot less users but the eCPM is 0.2$ minimum. Really sucks to see such a difference.

I've earned a lot on Windows Phone in 2014 thanks to my two big apps "Cal" and "OneMusic", as you can see:

But recently, PubCenter has very good eCPM and fillrate, especially in the US.
I'm currently working on a very big update for OneMusic, which will be free and include ads.

What is your monetization method? free+ads, free+iap, paid?

Here in WP I think the app monetizing is not show much result. pubCenter has approx 10% fill rate, I tried adMob but it isnt as good as is on android. So I think the two available options are paid apps and inapp-purchase.

My fill rate with pubcentre started at 5-20% for a week or two but very quickly went up to 95-99.9%.

I have a lot of apps and games in my windows store account but very very very few earnings...
But i have a lot of downloads for my free apps!!! I think Windows Store it is a good choice projected for the near future when all devices are Win10 !
